Manjusha Athani

Manjusha’s art, rooted in creative abstraction, focuses more on what you feel. Her paintings invite you into a deeply personal space, where meaning isn’t fixed but gently unfolds through your own emotions, memories, and imagination.

There’s a quiet magic in the way she brings together color, light, and texture. Her compositions feel alive—at times calm and meditative, at others raw and full of energy. Subtle layers of tone and movement create a rhythm that draws you in, making you feel as though you’re part of the world she has created. There’s a sensuality to her work, rich and expressive, yet balanced with moments of stillness and reflection.

Her artistic journey began in Pune at Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, where she completed her G.D. Art Diploma in 2008. She later earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bharti Vidyapith in 2010, gradually shaping her distinct voice and vision. Since then, her work has reached audiences across the globe, with exhibitions spanning India, the U.S., London, Bhutan, Malaysia, Cambodia, Busan, and Singapore.

Her dedication has brought her recognition in both national and international spaces, including the esteemed N.S. Bendre Special Award. Yet beyond these achievements, what continues to inspire her is the connection her work creates—the quiet, powerful moment when a viewer finds their own meaning within it.
